The utilization rate of thin-film clarifiers and wastewater treatment equipment has been gradually improved in recent years, especially in large and medium-sized cities. For example, in the iron and steel industry, sewage treatment plants use high-efficiency sedimentation tanks, which have treated steel wastewater and have received very good results. Component composition

Generally speaking, flake clarifier and wastewater treatment equipment are mainly composed of pre-sediment concentration zone, flocculation reaction zone, co-management separation zone and post-coagulation reaction zone. Specifically, the flocculation reaction zone includes a fast stirring zone and a non-stirring zone. The former uses an adjustable speed impeller to affect the stirring speed, and the latter can make the alum flowers more compact and uniform through a series of operations. In summary, through the combined action of the return sludge and coagulant, this area can achieve the adsorption of metal free matters, colloids and emulsified oil and other pollutants while reducing the dosage of chemicals, and at the same time, it can maintain a balanced suspended solids concentration. Improve the actual effect achieved by flocculation. After the reaction in the flocculation area, the sewage enters the pre-precipitation concentration area. The area is wider and the solid suspended solids can be precipitated and concentrated again. Part of the sludge is returned, and the rest is entered into the mud bucket and discharged Pumped to the mud treatment system for dehydration operations. In addition, each reaction tank has an ultrasonic mud level gauge that can control the amount of sludge in the control tank and make it reach the treatment standard.

The interior of the high-efficiency sedimentation tank is a reinforced concrete pool body structure, the concrete strength grade of the pool body is C30, and the impermeability grade is S6. The strength of cushion concrete is C10. The outer protection is a reinforced concrete frame structure with independent foundation, and the concrete strength grade is C40. The infill walls are aerated concrete blocks. The upper roof is a steel grid structure. The pre-ozone pool is a reinforced concrete pool body structure with a concrete strength grade of C30 and an impermeability grade of S6.

The sand filter tank is a lower reinforced concrete pool structure. The pool concrete strength grade is C30, the impermeability grade is S6, and the cushion concrete strength grade is C10. The upper part of the pool body is a reinforced concrete frame structure, and the concrete strength level is C30. The roof adopts steel grid structure. The underground depth of the high-density sedimentation tank is 3.95m, and the height above ground is 17.5m. The underground depth of the sand filter station is 1.25m, and the height above ground is 16m.
