The residence time is only 3-5 minutes. The water distribution and inlet and outlet water are static. Equipment characteristics
In the air floatation theory, the separation of suspended matter from the water body, in addition to the bubble adsorption, bubble topping, and floc adsorption mechanism, there is also the so-called "bubble entrainment" effect, and some fine suspensions that are not adsorbed by bubbles or flocs In the process of rising dense bubbles, no matter how small the fine suspended matter is, its particle size is still much larger than that of water molecules, they may be entrained in the bubble gap of the bubble group and be carried to the water surface to separate. Obviously, the denser the bubble group, the stronger the effect, and the finer the suspended matter that can be carried.
The principle of dissolved air in shallow air flotation is similar to that of reflux pressurized dissolved air flotation. The air is dissolved in the air dissolving tube into the air floated out of the water reflux liquid. Through the continuous rotation of the water distribution pipe, the water is evenly distributed to the air floatation tank, and the suspension and settlement of the flocs are carried out under static conditions. The moving speed of the water distribution pipe is the same as the flow rate of the outlet water, and the direction is opposite, thus generating a zero speed, which reduces the disturbance of the inlet water.
The adhesion between air bubbles and flocs occurs in the entire air separation process including the contact area. It floats vertically to the water surface in a relatively static environment, the floating distance is reduced to a minimum, and is not affected by the flow rate of the outlet water. Or close to the theoretical large value, the scum discharge efficiency is high, and the scum can be temporarily stored on the entire surface of the air floatation pool, which is convenient for the slag skimmer to collect the scum.
Product Advantage
The shallow air floatation machine adopts a unique balanced energy dissipation device to replace the traditional releaser, which greatly reduces the diameter of micro bubbles. The average diameter of microbubbles is only about 5μm, which is at least 30 times smaller than the current average of about 150μm at home and abroad. When the amount of dissolved gas is constant, the total area of the micro-bubbles is inversely proportional to the square of its diameter, so the total area of the micro-bubbles increases by at least a few hundred times, while the density of the micro-bubbles increases by nearly a few thousand times.
