4.Equipment characteristics

The center of the main beam is hinged with the center support on the center buttress, and the two ends are equipped with the transmission device including the reducer. The machine takes the central support on the buttress as its axis and makes a rotary movement along the circumference of the pool. A scraping and collecting device is installed at the lower part of the main beam. The bottom scraper scrapes the sludge at the bottom of the pool into the sludge discharge tank in the center of the pool, and then the sludge is discharged out of the pool by the bottom scraper through the sludge discharge tank

After the sewage is diffused from the inlet pipe in the center of the pool through the guide cylinder, it flows out uniformly to the surrounding area in a radial form. The suspended sludge is deposited at the bottom of the pool after sedimentation. The supernatant is discharged from the outlet tank through the overflow weir plate, and the sludge scraper is scraped from the periphery of the pool to the central sludge collecting tank, and discharged out of the pool through the sludge discharge pipe depending on the water pressure in the pool. Driven by the peripheral driving device, the main beam drives at a linear speed of 2.0m/min along the pool top with the central rotating support as the axis, and the lower part of the main beam is connected with the bracket, sludge scraper, etc. A scum scraper is set near the liquid level, extending along the center steady flow tube to the hinged scraper. When the main beam rotates, the scum scraper skims the liquid level scum from the center of the pool to the periphery of the pool, and collects it in the hinged scraper area. The collected scum moves to the scum hopper along with the main machine around the pool, and scrapes it into the scum hopper through the hinge of the scraper, and then discharges it out of the pool.

The center support is composed of fixed support, rotating bearing and frame, which can bear axial force, radial force and overturning moment at the same time. The collector adopts slip ring type collector, which is composed of collector ring and brush holder. Floating pool scraper, scum rake plate and scum funnel form a scum discharging mechanism, which can effectively remove scum on the water surface. The working bridge is a large part connecting the center support and the walking end beam, on which there are walkway plates and railings, the lower part of the steel beam is connected with the mud scraping structure and the slag discharging mechanism, etc., which are driven by the walking device to complete the mud scraping and slag discharging work.

After the raw water flows out from the bottom of the pool through the upper part of the central buttress and is distributed through the steady flow tube, it flows to the water collecting tank around the pool through the radial body. With the decrease of the radial flow rate, the suspended solids in the raw water are separated and settled at the bottom of the pool. With the center support as the center, the working bridge drives the mud scraping and slag discharging mechanism to scrape and collect the sludge to the central sludge collecting tank of the sedimentation tank under the drive of the driving device, and then discharge the sludge outside the tank by water pressure or pump. The upper scum is scraped synchronously from the scum scraping to the scum hopper for discharge.

The driving device drives the working bridge to rotate along the pool plane, and the working bridge drives the scraper arm to rotate. The scraper fixed on the scraper arm gradually scrapes the mud from the pool side to the mud collecting bucket in the center of the pool. The curve of the scraper is logarithmic spiral, with uniform force and mud scraping. When there is an obstacle at the pool bottom, the scraper can automatically let the rake and protect the machine from injury. The driving device can be equipped with torque protection device, which makes the operation safer.
