The characteristic of high-efficiency lamella clarifier is the addition of high-efficiency insoluble media particles, PAC and PAM, polyaluminum chloride and polyacrylamide agents (such as fine sand, etc.) during the coagulation stage, using the gravity settling of the media and the adsorption of the carrier to accelerate flocculation "Growth" and precipitation of the body.

The definition of carrier flocculation is a physicochemical treatment process that uses continuous circulation of media particles, dosing and various chemical agents to enhance the adsorption of flocs to improve the sedimentation performance of suspended matter in water. Its working principle is to first add coagulant (PAC, iron sulfate, lime, etc.) to the water to destabilize the suspended matter and colloidal particles in the water, then add polymer coagulant PAM, polyacrylamide and higher density The carrier particles make the destabilized impurity particles take the carrier as the flocculation nucleus, through the bridging adsorption effect of the polymer chain and the trapping effect of the sediment network of the micro-sand particles, the dense density alum flowers are quickly generated, thereby greatly reducing the settling time , Improve the processing capacity of the sedimentation tank, and effectively respond to high impact loads.

Working principle

①Coagulation tank:

The coagulant is added to the raw water and mixed quickly with the suspended matter in the sewage under the action of a rapid mixer. The particles are "destabilized" by neutralizing the negative charge on the surface of the particles, forming small flocs and then entering the flocculation tank. At the same time, the phosphorus in the raw water reacts with the coagulant to form phosphate to achieve the purpose of chemical phosphorus removal

②The dosing tank (alternative tank) determines whether it needs to be increased according to the water quality, and the small flocs formed by the micro-sand and coagulation are quickly mixed by the action of the rapid mixer, and the micro-sand is used as the core to form a denser and heavier floc In order to facilitate rapid precipitation in high-efficiency lamella clarifier.

③Maturation tank (flocculation tank):

The flocculant promotes the entry of small flocs to form larger flocs through adsorption, electrical neutralization, and bridging between each other. The action of the slow mixer allows the medicament and flocs to be fully mixed without destroying the formed The large floc, passing through the diversion tube is above the water flow, and then through the medicine adding ring tube in the diversion tube, so that the drug mixing is fully evaluated.

④lamella clarifier:

After flocculation, the effluent enters the bottom of the inclined plate of lamella clarifier and then flows upward to the upper water collection area. The particles and flocs settle on the surface of the inclined plate or inclined tube and slide down under the action of gravity. The higher ascending flow rate and 60 ° incline of the inclined plate can form a continuous self-scraping process, so that the flocs will not accumulate on the inclined plate.

The sludge and ss that need to be settled slide down the surface of the inclined plate and settle at the bottom of the lamella clarifier, and then the circulation pump sends the micro-sand and sludge to the hydraulic separator. The sand flows out from the lower layer and returns directly to the dosing tank. The sludge overflows from the upper layer and then flows to the sludge treatment system through gravity flow.

The precipitated water is collected and discharged by a stainless steel sump on the top of the lamella clarifier.

Compared with lamella clarifier, efficient lamella clarifier has the following advantages:

1. The mechanical coagulation and mechanical flocculation have replaced the hydraulic coagulation and hydraulic flocculation. Because the mechanical stirring makes the mixing of the agent and sewage faster and more complete, the effect of coagulation and flocculation is strengthened and the agent is also saved.

2. The upflow inclined plate based on the "shallow pool sedimentation" theory has been added to the sedimentation area, which greatly reduces the area occupied by the sedimentation area.

3. 4. The high-speed lamella clarifier with sand adding uses micro-sands with a particle size of 100 ~ 150μm as the flocculation coagulation nodules.
